Wildgoose - here in Australia we call mixing any fizzy drink with ice-cream a "spider". Lovely in summer. When I was a young teen it was the done thing to go into a milk-bar and buy a spider after a Saturday morning looking around the shops or after going to the pictures. |

In my corner shop tonight buying a bottle of the red stuff - the woman in front of me was buying ice cream and the chap serving us commented that they make a good combo. I was disgusted at the idea of mixing red wine with anything and she said that in Spain where she from they mix red wine with cola. How gross!!!!!! |
