I agree Stray, I know dressing up it all port of growing up we all clogged about in our Mams best shoes ( and got a smack for ruining the heels ) but made to perform is just gut wrenching....I thought stopped all the comps in the USA when the little girl was raped and murdered.

i think its disgusting children should be children for as long as possible, some of the clothes you can buy for littuns now, my friends would wear out clubbing, well mine wont be wearing them,

my neice is 15 and does dance, and at the comps wears fake tan and full make up, which at 15 is fine but when you see the 6 year olds in fake tan and more eye make up than id wear, it turns my stomach, she wanted babyS to join as he loves dancing BUT there is now way im putting fake tan on my son, x

One of the categories is 0 - 24 mths, FGS.

The one I watched today focused on 5 & 6 year olds, exposing their midriff and prancing around on stage.

The girl who came second was in floods of tears, why put your child through that for the sake of the parents' vanity.

Watching a mother trying to catch her 2 year old BOY who was crying in order to gel his hair is plain sick.

I think these moms are living their dream through their kids,
Its not natual for little girls to look like minature adults.
have you seen "Little Miss Perfect" on Sky tv, thats the same type of programme. Yuk!!!

This is on DMAX, I have watched quite a few pushy mothers encouraging their children to 'perform' in a way that's totally unsuitable for their age.

Little ones with full makeup and hair pieces, spray tanned, outfits costing thousands of dollars and looking like a creep's dream.

Some children do appear to enjoy the cr*p they are put through but watching others in tears with their mother's yelling at them it just awful.

Some of these mothers really do need to attend parenting classes and let their children be KIDS, they grow up soon enough.
