I'm glad I found your message as I can't afford to renew in July as I'm still out of work. Have checked my subscription and cancelled my continuous membership. |

I've just discovered to my alarm , that findmypast have just automatically renewed my 6 month subscription . Now I know for certain that had I have seen a " not continuous " option I would have selected it , so I'm a bit confused as to why it has done this automatically . I tend to use a different e-mail address these days and hadn't checked the old one for a few days ( they had sent a " reminder " but I hadn't spotted it ) . I've sent an e-mail asking for my money back and cancelled the automatic renewal. Do you think they will reimburse me or am I on a hiding to nothing ? |
