MY 2ND GREATGRANDFATHER JAMES PALMER ACCORDING TO HIS WEDDING CERTIFICATE WAS BORN IN RICCARTON AYRSHIRE SCOTLAND IN 1821 HE MARRIED MARGARET BRYCE
IN MELBOURNE VICTORIA AUSTRALIA IN 1856.MARGARET BRYCE WAS ALSO BORN IN SCOTLAND IN ALVA CLACKMANNANSHIRE IN1834 PLEASE HELP.

Hi Ronald

Have you tried Scotlandspeople.com or even the trying to find boards on GR. Ancestry may have him in some of the census and there are also Cds with marriages in Australia. Have you tried Australian BMD ( Google search) I would try and look them up for you but the fun is in finding things for yourself after being shown where to look methinks. ( the IGI has many BMDs for Scotland)
