rotton caravan we bought, as you know i was using the small claims court to try and get my money back, well ive been summonds to the police station to make my statement regarding harrsment the idiot ive got a copy of the letter i sent requstion the amount owed, annoyed me though as its a waste of mine and the police time, but has to be done, i was warned not to text him after id sent him some messages regarding van lol well you would woudnt you but once the court took over i had to do nothing we are at the stage where the man who sold it me for his friend has tried getting his friend to continue with the case as the van belonged to him and his mate was selling it on behalf of him

but the man who sold it is responsible, wonder if it has ended there friendship so silly, well that's what they get trying to rip me off quite as a mouse till I'm angry lol, so by doing this they have admitted they had the van, thing is will they want the van as proof cause it was scrapped ?

i take this was a private sale, if so, don't think you've got a case,

Did you take photo's of the places on the caravan that were rotten.because the photo's would be evidence in small claims court.

hi RB there was a few points i could get him on through some act the court said so fingers crossed and he as already been served with the court letters i only found this out through consumer direct that i could try.
