Maybe there should be the option , an increased cost if you don't want them folded? But then the postman may fold it anyway ;)

Hi Everyone,

It has been quite a while since I last bought a B.M.D. certificate.
I have just got one at the new price, £9.25, ( that’s one way of getting back some money to help the government pay off the billions of “Bankers” debt, I suppose).
They used to be posted and sent in a large envelope - how long have they been sending them folded in half - with a sharp crease down the middle?
For the large extra cost we now have to pay, I think we should be entitled to receive them in good condition, and not permanently marked in this manner.
Am I being over fussy? I don’t think so but what do the rest of you think?
