Hi Gill, did you try contacting 'Charles' as mentioned by Kathleen above? It is very unlikely anyone else connected to that family will see your message. Cx.

There is only one person on Genes called Charles with someone called Richard Danger in their tree - but it is a Richard Danger from the 1700's. There could be a connection though.

If you put Richard Danger into the Quick Search boxes at the top of the page you will find this person and can send them a personal message.

I suppose it could be ... thank you for looking. I hope someone from his family will claim it.

Had another look and looked at births. Could the name be Danger?

There is this birth:-

Name: Richard H Danger
Mother's Maiden Surname: Stranack
Date of Registration: Apr May Jun 1918
Registration district: Barnstaple
Registration county: Devon/Cornwall/Seilly
Volume Number: 5b
Page Number: 576

If so this could be his parent's marriage (father with the right name):-

Name: Henry M Danger
Spouse Surname: Stranack
Date of Registration: Apr-May-Jun 1917
Registration district: Barnstaple
Registration county (inferred): North Devon
Volume Number: 5b
Page Number: 351

That sounds so lovely Gill.
I do hope you manage to pass it on to someone in the family.
Aren't we genealogists 'lovely peeps'? ;-0)

cant read surname properly
