Yes we needed rain and would have been happy for it to have arrived when the weather men promised (i.e. tomorrow) because then all the outside jobs before we go away would have been finished.

It's just started here.
I can't remember when we last saw rain. The grass ( can't really call it lawn ) was beginning to get cracks in it.
