Saw on television last night 20 huge urns have retrieved from the bottom of a lake near Zurich.

The urns each bear the banner of a crematorium and contain human remains.

“After 50 we stopped counting,” pronounced Roman Ruetz, a military diver. “They
lay there in a big heap.”
Police have launched an review after the urns were found to enclose
ashes.
The urns bear the trademark of the Nordheim crematorium, which is used by Dignitas,
which operates nearby.
The hospital has assisted in the suicides of about a thousand people, many of
them terminally ill, together with 115 Britons. The organization is hidden in
secrecy, and it is not well known where the organisation disposes of remains.
It is opposite the law to draw up of a large series of urns but a
blurb licence. The crime carries a judgment of up to 3 years and a
50,000 Swiss Franc (£30,200) fine.
Last night Dignitas owner Ludwig Minelli refused to comment.
Divers from a rescue use on Lake Zurich detected the urns by chance,
whilst seeking for a sunshade which had damaged off one of their boats.
After retrieving thirteen urns, they told the Environment Agency.
Thirteen of the containers have been being analysed by debate scientists.
Soraya Wernli, a former Dignitas employee, pronounced she estimated there were at
slightest 300 urns sitting at the bottom of the lake.
In 2008, dual Dignitas employees were held transfer stays in to the lake.
At the time, Mr Minelli refused to comment, but a former worker said: “That’s
usual use – the association has regularly finished that. I’m astounded no one has

It must be the same one.
I'd no idea it was that many.
Was it a crime to deposit it them there ?
Or a crime to bring them to the surface ?
Whole thing is very unpleasant.

If they have been put there illegally then its right they be found a proper place..... just dumped in lake if it wasnt their request how awful if no one knows who they may belong to.....

You would think if its people that have been assisted to die that the families would want to know what was happening to the bodies after they had died
also why try and hide the urns surley they would have to go through the proper channels to dispose of the bodies to have them cremated so why would they have to dump them in the lake
Its a very gruesome affair and one I would hope will be investigated

Commerce and industry
The crematorium is a business that has to serve a purpose and break even or hopefully be profitable.

The quantity sugggests a hage industry. The cremations would have been paid for as would a casket.
