lol Hayley, it will be interesting to hear what he says in front of other people :-))

He sent off some paperwork for me this week re my complaint about a certain hotel chain's breach of DDA and H & S regulations and has promised to contact the Minister personally. To give him his due he has done this before on my behalf so he does actually work for his constituents. It's the Minister's two page response full of waffle that bemuses me!

I've jsut been looking at a job in local government department, which entails taking complaints, passing them to ombudsmen or whoever may be concerned with the particular case.

One of the job specs was to write letters of outcome to the complainant detailing every aspect of the complaint.

In other words, cover your backside with two pages of waffle. LOL

I didn't apply for it, I'm one O level short of the spec. *tsk*

TW that strangely sounds like the Minister's letter. My complaint was able bodied pee for free, disabled have to pay for a radar key, that's discrimination in my book. My MP agreed (in private), the Minister's reply was literally two pages of utter drivel. If she had just said 'go away you have no chance of advancing this' she would have saved a lot of time and half a tree!

So now you know it's some poor underpaid secretary's job to sit there and write all that waffle, LOL
