Morning Puss, Morning Joy.
Carrot tops are the same. When OH brings me sweet peas up from thre allotment, he always brings me carrots, and I use the tops as 'feathery' greenery in the vase with the sweet peas. It works, try it.
Enjoy today, it is lovely here. Plenty of outside work for me, but have to go out around lunch time.

Joy, I have two clematis waiting to go in. I wanted a pink/red Passion Flower for on me front, but was told at garden centre on Sunday, that they are best inside conservatory's as they are tender. So, tomorrow have to have another trip to a different garden centre to see if I can get a red clamatis. Well, you just have to keep going to the garden centre don't you, or they would go out of business.LOLOL

We're planting two new clematis' this year. A pink one and a white one and I can't remember the names without going down the garden to read the labels and it's dark so I won't.

We planted one the year before last - large purple flowers - beautiful. It was coming along nicely but then all of this winter the dog has taking to piddling on it as he goes past it and I think the poor thing has died! I'm so cross but the dog doesn't understand - I'm sure his view would be why on earth would we put some bit of green stuff up against a perfectly good post that is ideal for a boy dog?
