I just googled him Julia and he has 70 books though a few of them are collections of short stories. I didn't realise he had written that many - I knew the three you and Budgie mentioned and know of a couple of others (that's what comes from 'once upon a time' owning a secondhand bookshop), but not the rest. |

This talented author has died today aged 82yrs. he was, the author of 'Saturday Night and Sunday Morning' and 'The Lonliness of the Long Distance Runner', both made into films. |
