Any 1960's music buffs out there?

Can anyone remember a 1960's group called The Flintstones? I'm certain John Rostill (the bass player who replaced Brian Locking in the Shadows) was playing for The Flintstones just before joining The Shadows in 1964. I'm sure The Flintstones were a large group (a bit like Sounds Incorporated) who used to back solo singers on tours.

Everytime I try to Google the group's name all I get is the the cartoon family who lived in Bedrock!

Somebody out there must remember going to pop concerts in the '60s.

MarionfromScotland - no that's not them.

Gwyn in Kent - that looks like the Wilkepedia entry & I put in the bit about The Flintstones!

Lyndi - It certainly does, but not a lot else unfortunately!
