My Hot Matches show the same person more than once with the same matches and one shows they are in my contacts but the other(s) do not.

Can anybody explain

Thanks.... Robert......

It could be a fault but before reporting it, check the membership number for each one. You may find the member has more than one account which would explain why you have a prior contact on one but not the others.

I cannot tell anything from my hotmatches other than the first name of the member.
If you want more details of your contacts, open your tree and click on one of the hotmatches that you are concerned about then click "tree matches".
You can compare details there.

True, you cant get the members No: from the Hot Match screens.

Alternatively you could do a Search All Trees request for one of the names - gets you to the same list.
