Hi everyone,

Happily reporting the " glitch!!!!" with accessing my account fixed , GR emailed apologies for technical prob.
Thankfully still have some hair left ....after pulling incident ...til next time !!!!

Hi all with same problem ,

I've also sent an email about the password login problem to my account ARRRRRGGHHHH !! so frustrating.
Can't find that " cookie .....monster !" followed instructions via the Help link and still nothing !

A bit weird that is affecting some but not others.

There has certainly been a software upgrade as the Account pages have changed, so I would report it to GR.

Im now getting password does not match every time I try to go into my account Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr lol

Hi Catherine I seem to be having problems too took me 4 attempts to view my account but got there in the end
Also i got kicked off the site and when I tried to log back on it took me 5 attempts to get on the site again
They must be playing about with the site again

It seems as though the sign-in page has changed.

Mine says:-

For security purposes, please re-enter your password
Currently logged on as IGP

Password:-


Try logging off the GR site altogether and then log back in again. Just tried now and I managed to get in ok.

Have a problem accessing my account page , keeps returning to previous page ....something to do with cookies ???
Solutions most appreciated.
