Maybe it was some sort of child's toy. Or the equivalent of a 'fairing'. It sort of looks like a pixie or joker. |

I found this little item today. It's made of lead alloy and looks to me like possibly a jester or someone in late medieval dress. It's got me a bit stumped, so any ideas of what it might be gratefully accepted.....I need to put a rough date to it. It's 4cm tall. |
