White envelopes.

Pm'd some peeps tonight and had replies from them but no white envelope in my messages box to say that I had replies, if i hadn't clicked on my in-box, I wouldn't of known they had answered.

anyone else having this problem?

Yes and it's driving me mad lol...been like it for about ten days now, no envelope when there is a message...but if I go and look or see it in my email and reply, the white envelope suddenly appears and stays there for hours...

This has happend to me, about 5 days ago. After contacting GR, this is their reply

Dear D

Thank you for your email.

I have just logged in under your details and can see that you have 1 unread message, and the white envelope icon is showing beside the 'Messages' tab. Please can you check and see if you can see the same?
If this error persists, I would be grateful if you would let me know which operating system and browser (and version of that browser) that you are using to access the site in order that I may attempt to recreate this issue and further investigate for you.

Good Morning All, yes, I have experienced this since GR were doing there maintenance last week, or possibly the week before now. It is a b***well nuisance.

Now got the problem that the envelope won't disappear when the message has been read. Got the arrow set for date received and that hasn't changed.

My white envelopes haven't been showing either.I only know if I have a message when I look on my emails.Then when I click on that and it goes to GR the envelope is there.
