I do n't understand why such a dangerous and addictive drug is so freely available. Surely nicotine should be a prescription only drug or only available in pharmacies. Or better still illegal altogether. Surely a drug that kills thousands of people each year should be a class "A" drug. |

The trouble in Tenerife is that the bars serve food so if it is a chilly evening you want to eat indoors, but they allow smoking. I hate smoke with my food. |

Puss the anti smoking in the UK pubs put a lot out of business as they don't have the weather to have an outside area. |

Understand what you are all saying. I have no problem with not smoking in restaurants in fact I prefer it. (AnnieG most restaurants are now non smoking so you're safe there). |

I am an ex smoker and always enjoyed a ciggy on a friday nite out with a drink, its completley ruined the gold old english pub trade in the uk, ive seen so many pubs shut down and jobs lost, people had a choice whether they went in a pub,i just think its really sad, i dont get to see any friday nite friends anymore i dont really drink anymore good thing i guess. |
