Hi Keith, you seem to have lost part of your name!

How is your daughter getting on? I was thinking about her yesterday and meant to put up a thread. Hope things are better for her now.

Wish you could send me a large pack of warmth, it was very chilly here today, altho the sun was bright, the wind was really cold.

just reading my local newspaper on line and found the following, poor chap has to go through the same as your girl, Keith.

Man flown to hospital after horse kick

Last updated: 11/04/2010 12:20:00

A man was airlifted to hospital yesterday with face and neck injuries after being kicked by a horse at a south Norfolk farm.

The East Anglian Air Ambulance was called to the farm near Wymondham just after 3pm on Saturday after suffering the injury.

The man was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

Hi Liz, dont know why my name has changed, just tried changing it back and it throws a wobbly, says only letter and numbers are allowed!!!!!

Vicky is doing as well as can be expected, returned to work part time last Tuesday but finding it difficult to sit in front of the computer for that length of time with her vision still not right in her left eye.
She can now open her jaw about 1", but it seems to have stopped there, she will have to persist to try and improve the movement so she can have dental work done. She also has some sort of sinus problem, one consultant thought it was because of the nasal drops she had used that she had the eye problem!!! Obviously did not read her notes.

Her hair is growing nicely again where the major op scar is so not so visible now, but she does have quite a visible scar at the top of her cheek where they repaired that.

Hi Keith, shame about your name, I think some other people had a similar problem and found a way round it, but don't ask me how lol

I am bored with my name but can't be bothered to mess about and maybe take ages to get something right.

Sorry progress is slow for Vicky and hope things will get better for her as time goes on, it was a big shock to her body and healing can be slow. I think I mentioned to you the Bio oil which can help heal scars well so that they are less visible, as I said it's early days but might be worth her trying it.

Good luck to her, glad she is back at work so she can keep her mind occupied a bit, but hope something can be done to help her sight problems.
