	Teresa, let us know if you tried the recipe and how it tasted, please. I know you can put dark chocolate in some savoury meals and it works well but can't remember which. I always think it sounds funny when chefs suggest putting black pepper on strawberries, has anyone tried it? Supposed to enhance the taste but as I don't even like strong pepper taste I have never risked wasting a strawberry lol Lizx
