Exporting Gedcom files (still)

Two days and many attempts to export my files and still nothing. I also had written to "contact us" on a Friday (in the U.K.), I suspect that's where customer service generates from?

Any more clues out there?

A 'friend' on here did this. In the end she contacted GR.
It took several days to get a response and assistance.

Bearing in mind that there will only be skeleton staff on over the weekend, you probably won't hear from GR until sometime next week.

Tonight I've received response from Genes to "make sure that your email provider is configured to accept emails and attachments from this address (the noreply one).

I did that, then re-did an export and within ten minutes in came the gedcom file.

I had no reason to suspect that I wouldn't receive the files when I'd get lots of other Genes emails, however making sure that the no-reply addy is added to your safe senders list is what did the trick for me.

Hope my experience may help the next person too.
