Exporting Gedcom files (still)

Two days and many attempts to export my files and still nothing. I also had written to "contact us" on a Friday (in the U.K.), I suspect that's where customer service generates from? |

Tonight I've received response from Genes to "make sure that your email provider is configured to accept emails and attachments from this address (the noreply one). |

Hi, I have a problem with Gedcom. I receive the e mail and download the attachment save it to notepad and then cant read it. I have Ancestral Author installed but cant retrieve it from notepad. can anyone help please. |
