Is anyone else having trouble printing a large family tree I contacted genes on January 3rd they say there is a problem but they don't seem to be sorting it out when i contact them all they say is they don't have a time frame for this. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to print them. Thanks Joan

Hi Joan, my tree has 855 members and now when I click on print all that appears is a blank Print Preview box - is this the same problem as yours? I contacted genes and they replied with standard print instructions which is of no use at all. They haven't replied to my second request for help.

Hi Russell sorry it has taken so long to reply but my computer has been down. My problem is when i try to print my tree and click on print it just takes me back to my family tree. is this the same as yours. I have been in contact with genes since 4th January many times and all i get is they have lots of problems and do them in order of priority and they cannot give me a time frame for mending the problem, it seems 6 months is bit much to me i have asked lots of questions and all i get is the usual reply our engineers are looking into it but they don't answer my questions.
