Morning all
Just looking in ,I am having a cuppa before getting ready its community day today so day off ,we are only doing refreshment's and cakes today as there are a few on holiday .

Sorry, I nodded off after a really hard day at work!! I am going to bed in case I nod off again and finish up sleeping on the sofa all night!!

Thanks YG. I am really ashamed of the weight I have piled on :-(. I gave myself a good talking to so that has helped. I have the Hairy Dieters Cookbooks they are full of simple quick ideas and I also have several WW ones.

ZZzzz, I hope they soon get your hubby sorted out and back home. It must be difficult not being able to visit. I hope they keep you well informed of his progress :-) <3 <3

Good luck with the diet, LG :-) I'm running a bit short of ideas for my meals that are healthy, but that I also like and are quick and easy to prepare! Tomorrow could be a cheat night after the exercising!! I usually have one per week to keep me going :-)

Eye candy? What is that? It's so long since I have seen any that I have forgotten what eye candy looks like!! Even my eye candy at the hospital hasn't been seen for a long time, even before lockdown, so I don't know whether he has moved on. I also haven't needed any injections for more than a year, though I suspect one may be due after the scans next week.

Put the fascinators back in the loft and forget about them!! There's not going to be any celebration that will allow you to make a cauldron full of mole stew round here :-D :-D :-D

I am resting and I saw him briefly in a corridor as he was being pushed to going for another test, I said to the porter I want to push him around be he won’t let me, hubby that is, anyway it was good to see him.

ZZzzz I am sorry to hear that hope he gets better .It must be really hard not visiting though .I hope you get some rest too

it was lovely here too today so I went outside for a while :-D

Long story short, hubby was taken into hospital early hours Monday morning, he is still there having lots of tests done to find what is wrong so I have been most of the day getting there and back taking essentials to him but couldn’t go in.

Yg well done ,is there some eye candy somewhere that you would like to tell us about
We are listening ZZzzz may need to get the fascinator organised and the hobnail boots .
Its been a lovely day out today ,the sun was very warm .

It does indeed YG , I started back on my diet yesterday so I will weigh myself again next Monday. I really hate it when you have a week or two staying the same even if you have stuck to good eating.

No exercising tonight. I go on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays usually. I need a break in between!! Thrilled though, as I have lost another 3lbs, so almost half a stone off up to now. R was peeved as he only lost 1lb last week and he uses the gym every morning!! He did have a big loss during the first few weeks and had lost 10lb so he's heading for his first stone soon. It often goes like that though, doesn't it, where you more or less stay put, then lose some more!!

well I enjoyed my first day we were busy and so the day passed well but I did enjoy it .Nice to be home early in the evening too
