Evening Maz, I got my admin done and then sat playing games :-D :-D

well it has been quiet on here today shows we are all working hard perghaps .I am trying to finish a trauma teddy which I started yesterday so its ready to stuff tomorrow

Morning Maz, I have done the bedding too and got all upstairs cleaned. To top it off I got bold and did the Devil's work too :-D :-D :-D. I am going to sit on my butt for the afternoon and either craft or sort out a bit more of the family tree(Wiltshire branch :-|).

Best see what falls out of the freezer or fridge first to dish up for lunch now :-D :-D :-D

Its a lovely breezy day here I have cut the grass and also got the bedding off too ,It is due to rain later but I managed to get round ,I have done a bit of basic weeding too,that is the physical stuff until a quick hoover up in here later on .
I am at work tomorrow and off Sunday so will be cooking lunch again

He is better and home, I just need / want to keep an eye on him. I told him not to fall over because I won’t be able to pick him up lol.

I wear the same when I go to R's, cropped leggings and a lightweight top and it's always the same time of day and usually when I'm starving :-D :-D :-D

I must be off to my bed!! This is late for me when the alarm is going off. I will be overlaying in the morning :-D :-D :-D ;-)

It also depends on the time of day you weigh in and you will be surprised the different weights of clothes. When I weigh in I always wear the same ones, washed in between of course :-D :-D :-D

90% of the way there, LG. The only downside was that I asked her to check my weight so I could compare with R's scales. I weighed 5lb more :-| :-| :-| :-| :-| She said not to worry as all scales differ and I had different clothes on, which were a bit heavier, but not that heavy!! I am going to use today's weight and add it to R's scales as a guide.

Well done for passing your MOT YG ;-) I can't afford flowers either :-D :-D :-D :-D

Evening Maz :-) No gym tonight, I'm going tomorrow. I have had a busy day today it's been a bit manic and I was late finishing, then doing some personal admin.

I had to nip to the gp's surgery at lunchtime for my annual review. Everything good including the bp which is down to 130. IT hasn't been that low in years The feet were fine so just waiting for blood results and cholesterol :-) :-) :-) :-)
