Afternoon all, I have just had a phone call from the physio dept to see if I still needed to see them after my accident with my shoulder in Feb. I said no thanks give the appointment to someone else as I am ok now.

Morning everyone, up with the larks and up for a lark :-D weather is about the same here so hubby might sit out in the garden to top up his vitamin D levels.

What we should do is go out shopping or walking the dog in our most brightly coloured clashing attire like some of us did in the 60s, see the looks we get and chuckle over a glass of wine in the evening.
I can remember wearing shiny yellow hot pants, petrol blue blouse, brown shoes navy blue handbag and purple maxi coat.
I thought I was the D Bs

We have taken to taking a walk on Sundays but we don't go far because of OH's back and knee and my creaky joints.

There's nothing to or anywhere to go to relieve the cabin fever, even more so now the weather is changing. I don't mind walking in cold weather but not in rain and wind. The nights are drawing in so I won't even be able to walk after work soon.

Very true YG we are just very frustrated with life at the moment

Maz it's such a shame that you can't visit your Mum, but everyone is right. It is too risky at the moment, especially given her age and you need to look after yourself too.

I think we are all pretty well fed up with life at the moment but have to try to look on the bright side as there are people worse off than us but it isn't easy after six months of what we have had to put up with.

Evening all. That is very disappointing for you Maz, but it is for the best after all.
We’ve had quite a bit of rain today so we hope the worms etc are coming to the surface so the mole will be caught in the trap. Then we can have the garden re landscaped, as we are unable to do gardening now.

Same here YG, I just don't want to get up in the morning :-|. and neither does OH :-|

I keep waking up between 3am and 4am and can't get back to sleep, so staying awake through the day is not easy!! I could sleep forever when the alarm goes off :-D :-D

Evening YG, I would have filled the box a dozen times over the last few days, they have been very trying to say the least :-D :-D :-D

Let me get the swear box out again :-D :-D :-D :-D We can manager an unmentionable party within the 6 allowed, so it would help pay for it :-D :-D

It has been a mix of murk, wet and very wet today. Dark and gloomy for most of the day and the heating is on :-| :-|

Yep it sure is but if I don't laugh I cry . If I don't do either of those I swear :-D :-D :-D :-D
