Maz busy is good as long as you don’t overdo things., and in Jim jams is always good.

Evening all ,
Well i am in my jim jams alarm set for the morning ,so just watching tv catch ups of programmes
I am busy this week on and off but shifts are day ones still and I get every Sunday off at present so not too bad

That is good news as long as he doesn't overdo things he will keep improving.

He is a bit better today, he felt strong enough to cook omelettes for our tea, doesn’t sound like much and he is exhausted now but at least he did it .

Neither of us are on meds except forOH having eye drops twice a day.Iused to have to take painkillers 4 times a day and had to eat with those but I no longer need them thank goodness. How is hubby, I meant to ask before

I have medication, some before food, some with food 3 times a day, same for hubby so we would know if we hadn’t eaten. I have neither put on or lost weight and I need to lose 1 and a 1/2 stone

Evening all, both of us were in the garden for 4 hours. We had to put up a new bit of fence to stop Houdini Hound next door coming in to see us LOL. She is such a darling so we can't be cross with her. We have just had tea as we realised we had not eaten since last night :-0. If I havemmn't lost any weight I shall definately want to know why :-D :-D

all grass was cut ,lunch was cooked ,
I have sat down a bit this afternoon ,I need to do some admin though
Sun is out now and the bitter wind has gone thankfully

what a din I thought it was a local siren over at the polymer site sounding ,
then realised it was sunday morning .You must keep that broomstick on course ,you do not need a mic so just hold on and look where you are going :-) :-) :-)
Its a very grey day out there but I am going to do the grass and risk it .bet everyone is still in bed around here too lol
