Not sure that I dare eat it then get on the scales on Monday. I opted out of exercising tonight as I wasn't feeling great and I have been a bit naughty this week!!

	Yes they are lovely though characters of their own . She is strong willed ,I will miss her she is 13 now

	Boo you two Glad hubby is better ZZzzz , I have been nattering to froggy before he went home ,Cleo has been interviewing for new staff as i got up late this morning she has ignored me today ,froggy came in for tea and yep you guessed it complaints procedure going in left right and centre .still in a huff now downstairs . I am at work the next 4 days so she will get over it I am sure
