Another grey day and really chilly. When I have done the unmentionables I am going to retreat to the upstairs and craft.

Thank you all for your good wishes, after tomorrow’s test hubby will be having Chicken curry and chips in the evening from the Chinese takeaway because the last solid food he had was kippers for breakfast this morning.

Well done with that loss YG I stayed the same last week but this week I have been on the treadmill every day so I am hoping to have shifted a bit more. I'll let you off with the fish and chips then ;-) :-D :-D.

Hoping all goes well for Mr ZZzzz tomorrow <3

I have been pretty good over the last week and lost 4lbs. It must have been all the cleaning that I did that helped shift the weight as i have been static for a month.

Last night I went to do my training but they were all busy helping V move into their rented accommodation until the house is ready, so I was dragged down there to see the house. I was very happy when I escaped as they couldn't get the heating to work!! I was cold and hungry and couldn't be bothered to cook anything, so called for the fish'n'chips on the way home!

I'm off to bed now. Friday tomorrow :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) Another weekend nearly here.

I haven't had fish and chips for weeks now as I is being a good girl :-D :-D :-D. Greasy papers away for tonight thank goodness, now I can relax before bed.

hello LG she is still in a huff upstairs as I woke up late this morning ,It was getting light when I woke and the eyes were staring at me then .

I am showered dressed
Bed changed got Grumpy cat as a consequence ,she was all cosy by the radiator .
Now back on the bed though with the eyes looking at me .
Washing is in I wanted to take the top off the grass however its wet again so no chance of doing that

We are up earlier than normal because hubby has to start getting ready for the procedure tomorrow, which means that he can’t have any food until tomorrow lunch time, so we had kippers for breakfast at 8:00 o’clock.
