I was busy relaxing this morning, then called at the local shop for flowers and took them to the churchyard as it is Mum's birthday tomorrow. I dumped the wreaths in a large sack to take home and strip down for the bins and also tidied M's Mum's plot, then went to do my exercise session. I had an hours natter with C & M and have just finished eating. Sorry, ladies, but I ran out of time :-D :-D

Tomorrow I am planning on doing either the lounge or kitchen as well as it being 'V' day :-D :-D

Most definitely not :-D :-D :-D. I left all the cleaners and cloths in the kitchen and plenty of Devil's Brew ( tea) too :-|

Its been cold but lovely and bright out I have had a busy but enjoyable day
I left the key for YG to call and do my cleaning as she had a day off. she is so good at keeping her house clean I even left a tip on the shelf too !!!

Morning all, bloomin cold this morning but at least it is dry and bright.
Just off to grab some breakfast before the days tasks start. :-D

BJ is now saying that its too early to say whether we will still be in lockdown in the summer!! . I'm going to shave my head any hibernate under a large stone. A professor has said that once the weather improves and people have windows open and are out in the fresh air more, it will be much better.

I am going to straighten my cushion now, make a drink and go to bed, LG. I might be lurking during breaks in the unmentionables tomorrow, so behave yourself!!

I always straighten them just before bed and then they go to pot all day :-D :-D

I don't like my cushions messed up, but at least I wait until everyone has gone before \i straighten them up. Having said that, there is the odd occasion when I go to bed and don't straighten the one I've been using, but that's usually on a Saturday night when i know I am going to sitting there almost as soon as I get up on Sunday morning :-D :-D :-D

Sounds like one of our family. I have never felt comfortable the twice I have been in her house

She was always friendly, but a bit of a fuss pot. Once you got up to leave, she was already straightening the cushions before you got out of the door :-D :-D

My mother in law wasn't that bad in other peoples houses but she was in her own but at the same time you didn't feel uncomfortable there.

:-0 :-0 :-0 :-0 I would have kicked her out of the door YG. I am not overly houseproud but I walk around barefoot so I do the laminate a lot :-D

I wash the floor once a week, but mop it every other day :-) My first husband's mother was fanatical about cleaning. When she came to see us in our new house, I was taking her to look round upstairs. As I turned to say something to her, she was running her finger up the side of the stairs to see if there was any dust :-D :-D

I think no one can accuse me of being house proud, my mother in law was though to the enth degree.
