Evening all, we have just had a video call with birthday boy. It was lovely seeing him opening presents and blowing the candles out, it bought a tear to my eye :-(

I have shawls and find that do help to get wam, but only if you wear them though ;-)

We could all finish up with some more of the white stuff. I have turned up the heating and I'm still cold :-0

It's tomorrow that we are due to have the snow, if we do I hope it is gone by Tuesday so I can get my hearing aid fixed.

ZZzzz, did you get the snow that you were expecting? We had a very hard frost this morning and it has been cold, but at least the sun was out and it has been a bright day. Its turning even colder now. I think the heating needs to go up a notch!!

Yesterday we watched The Investigation, all 4 hours in one sitting unusual for me to do that but wow it was good.
Apparently we will be having heavy snow tomorrow that rarely happens down here but you never know.

Time will tell Maz perhaps it will all work out well :-)

Well done we all need me time ,
We are having a new manager so the applecart is going to be upset again ,my colleague and I get on really well and enjoy the project .the shifts are easy to navigate but it seems things are about to change .

Maz, I did have a lay in and the joy of not having the alarm going off. I actually slept until 7.45. The morning was a mix of one load washing & drying, watching a bit of tv and then having a shower and putting some polyfilla on my face :-D :-D :-D :-D Its the first time for over a week that I have blow dried my hair and put some make up on :-D :-D I am turning into a scruffy slob working at home :-D :-D

We usually shop together but with the rules only one can go in. OH would normally wait at home but he does not want to stay here alone at the moment :-(

I don't have a problem with the shopping as there is only me, so always do it on my own!! I love the peace and quiet :-D :-D :-D
