I'm fine thank you, just keeping a close eye on hubby, he is having a not so good day today.

Some years ago, about 30 hubby had some wood to make a shelf in a cupboard, there was some left over and he put it in his man cave, bet you can't guess where it is now, lol.

Of course they are, Maz :-D :-D :-D :-D You never know when they might be needed!! I hope you weren't planning on storing something else in there :-D :-D

Its pouring out now ,Froggy got soaked going home ,we have just done some tidying up,went through a chest of drawers threw out some old paperwork then I thought I have two empty drawers then came the technology area .no empty draws ,càbles are now in the draw along with hard drives ,and other stuff all useful and valuable I am told.

We have had another couple of inches of snow today. It started during the night apparently, but although still around tonight, it is very wet, so will hopefully disappear with the rain that is forecast.

I did manage to get out after work with the snow shovel and clear around the car and the garden paths, just in case!! We have had fog all day as well so a mix of bright white and hardly able to see the houses across the road. Very murky and miserable :-| :-|

I am diabetic, type 2, but managing to control it with diet. I won't go on to Metformin unless I am absolutely forced to. Everything holding up ok at the moment and normally have the annual retinopathy scans, but they haven't sent for me this time so it is overdue. They are asking people to go and have it done, but don't appear to have sent out any appointments. I have never had any issues with the results so not over worried.

Hubby's diabetes is hereditary , there are a lot of his family have got it.

ZZzzz I am pre diabetic thankfully I managed to reverse the results and keep my weight down too .
I have even been to the podiatry clinic this afternoon too so I am skipping almost .
But my legs are sore because my left foot does not sit square on the ground So I am hopefully going to be seen by MSK to see what they can do .
