It can be a real effort can't it, my daughter has the same problem but new meds seem to be helping. I will shop either Thursday or the weeken as we have 2 funerals to attend on Friday so that will be the day gone.

We did a big shop today, all that walking round wore me out literally, I could hardly walk to the car, no muscle power.

My hair is now uncontrolable so it is being scraped back in a clip when I go out. I don't need to colour it as I am going grey gracefully or is that disgracefully :-D :-D

No sign of the sun at all today, LG. Grey and depressing, so I have had a very lazy day. The only thing I have done is colour my hair and have a quick trip to the local retail park to call at B**ts for a new mascara and hairbrush!! My life is soooooo exciting :-D :-D I was going to buy some rollers to see if it would help control my hair for a few weeks, but they didn't have any, other than some velcro ones that were too big. I might order some from Am**on!!

After a beautiful day yesterday, it has been misty, murky and bloomin' cold today :-| :-| There doesn't look like much hope of anything a bit warmer for the rest of the week now :-( At least it will encourage me to do some unmentionables at the weekend if its cold :-D

It must be very difficult for you Maz, stroll on getting things back to semi normal.
