The sun has broken out here but it is still cold, brr I'm staying in.
I'm also doing some FH trying to find some of what I think are my cousins, allegedly in New Zealand grrr, I'll have to get my JCB out again. :-(

Morning Maz and all, poor Froggy I do hope he feels better very soon. It is a bit grey here at the moment but the sun is trying to put it's hat on :-D. I have the house to myself this morning so after doing the little chores I am going to take a look at my FH as I am not happy with one of OH's 3xGreat Grandad, I feel something is not right so I am going to check him out yetagain. He is proving to be the bane of my life.
Enjoy your garden I did 3 hours yeaterday so thta is enough for me :-D

just easing into the day I have plans to get stuck in today Froggy is really suffering ,My Cousin was poorly after her J2nd Jab but she had full blown Covid ,and the first Jab saved her life .She is not that well really out of the three in the south she is the one i worry about .
i am doing some admin while i am inspired then Hope fully some time in the garden when it warms up a little though it is lovely out .

It was cold, that's for sure, but nice to get out. It is very local, so we weren't breaking rules. There isn't very much left to see, it is such a shame, but it is over 900 years old, or just a little older than me according to R :-D :-D

Yes, it was ok, LG. Some nice pressies and I now have an Echo Dot, so I won't be talking to myselzf!!

We went for a drive and stopped for fish'n'chips in the car with fur, then went for a walk round the ruins of Roche Abbey. It was very muddy, so fur needed a bath when we got back :-D The last time I went, I was about 14 and Mum picked me up from school and took me. It was a lovely day but she tripped and sprained her ankle so a very painful drive back for her :-0 :-0 :-0

It was nice to have a change of scenery and some fresh air, even though it started to rain while we were walking.

Maz, I hope Froggie soon feels better. He is the first I have heard of that has not been well afterwards. That won't make him confident about the second one :-(

We used to have coal fires in both rooms and I used to sit in front of them drying my hair until Mum bought me a hand held hairdryer :-D :-D

We did have a proper fire in the one in the back room, very small at the time with just a few small flames coming up from the floor. My grandfather busied himself filling egg cups with water and tossing it on the flames until the fire brigade arrived!! I was passed over to a neighbour as I was terrified when they walked in with hatchets tucked in their belts. :-D :-D I wouldn't cry now!! :-D :-D :-D :-D

:-( <3 I heard nothing at all from the 5 others but that is nothing new they don't bother with OH either. They are the step children and 2 of them are supposed to me mine :-P :-P :-P

My day wasn't that good, nothing from son, I shouldn't expect anything else really, he definitely isn't the same respectful son we brought up, even the people he grew up with can't believe how nasty he is now.

Oh dear Maz poor froggy. My OH was rough for a couple of days after his by I had nothing,not even a sore arm :-D :-D. I had a call from H and the Gooners the girls were really chatty but T couldn't be asked except for Hi, Bye and love you :-D :-D :-D

Its chilly out to stay long N has just rung me The boys wanted to ring waved and ran away .but I had a good natter Froggy is suffering from his jab so although studying.

Afternoon Maz, we were outside for about 3 hours earlier as it was lovely but it has now clouded up. I had a visit from baby boy with a plant and a card and have just got the most beatiful bouquet from H and family. Her friend from school is now a flourist and made it up for me it is nice they have kept in touch all these years. We had a lovely chat on the doorstep and she has not changed a bit,she is still a sweetie.At least she did not have trouble finding our house as she spent most days here :-D :-D
