I hope they have managed to save some of the building. There are too few beautiful buildings left now, especially here. Our council has demolished lots of them although obviously not listed buildings. We have a quite new Civic Centre that appears to be mostly glass. I bet that doesn't last for too long!! |

I pulled up all the violas and pansies out of the tubs but they must have dropped seeds as they are full of young plants now. They could do with thinning out when I get a minute. I bought 6 primulas to put on a little unit near the back door but want some more now to help fill one of the borders. I don't put pansies in the borders as the ants eat the roots!! |
