	Apparently humans haven't evolved enough to be upright so that is why a lot have strained spines :-P

	I'm sneaking in to check you are misbehaving and I see you are so that's ok then lol. I'm in a bit of pain now, moved a bit awkwardly and hurt my back while I was draining some sprouts but I didn't spill any so that is ok too. :-D

	Evening YG and all. It was quite nice while the sun was out but really chilly when it clouded up :-\|. We had a friend call round too but he did not stay long as it was chilly sitting out.

Member Since: June 2007 Posts: 21,978 Send Message	Evening everyone :-) Rather chilly today, to say the least!! :-\| Apart from a quick nip to the local shops for some flowers for my friend, I have been in all day and done nothing :-) :-) My friend came and we had a lovely catch up that has lifted my spirits. I was going to do some unmentionables this afternoon, but while I have a bit of reprieve with my shoulder, I am making the most of it!!
