Its so cold up here still and some very heavy showers again so no grass cut again .

Evening all. I did a few jobs and did some family history too Maz. :-D

well this is a day where I wandered through my jobs ,I had a snooze as well as hoovering upstairs because .I moved the towel rail in my room as was ashamed although I do clean up after myself I am not good at digging out ,so I hoovered the edges Cleo has finished shedding at present so it will last a bit longer hopefully .
I have done some family history for an hour or so too .

Morning each, I'm off to see my brother, drop some clothes off at the Sue Ryder shop and do a top up food shop, oh just for good measure pick up some meds from 2 pharmacy's.

Morning Maz, I have some jobs about the house to do today, after the caffeinne kick of course. I am afraid I went off the diet rails completely with all the stress we have had and I find it hard to stick to without WW. It helps to know that I have to weigh in weekly and the coach sees the weight too :-D :-D :-D

LG i need to do some more work on weight too ,i can still get in my clothes i bought though so not too bad
YG we have rain we have had plenty over the last few days
ZZzzz the answer is walk on stilts for weigh ins then problem solved !
I am just starting a tidy up here as my second cuppa is cooling lol
I have some bits and bobs to do here today as well as some down time .

I lost over 6 stone a few years back and now it's back on so I am fighting hard to lose it again.

They wanted me to lose 3 stone which I thought unrealistic and if I did manage to do that it would be a struggle to do it and to keep it off, so I haven't.

When I used to go for a check up at the Doctors they would tell me I'm over weight for my height, I said no I'm under tall for my weight. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D
