	We both needed recovery time from the shopping trip, I was in a fair amount of pain but better now.

	Evening all Its been a mixed bag of weather today ,we had a hail storm this afternoon some windscreens were cracked I noticed on the way home.

	Afternoon all, I have just sat down for the rest of the day. I have cleaned through and washed all the laminate while waiting for the plumber to arrive. He arrived at 10.30 ,nice and early for a change :-D

I am having problems with my eyes again, but as I have an appointment for scans next week I will wait until then, as the last time I asked for an emergency appointment they said the AMD was still inative. I am struggling with reading and typing now so will only be on breifly each night until i get it sorted.
