YG Report 16 May 2021 22:02

Oh joy!! Thay have posted a notice to say that children aren't allowed yet,. There are six benches outside that wach seat xix people. They have warned everyone to keep to restrictions, but it won't stop the noise. The #white van# drives will be back :-| I can'r see the pub because of my high hedge, but it doesn't stop the noise carrying across.

LaGooner

LaGooner Report 16 May 2021 21:23

They are bound to go over the top and fling caution to the wind :-|. Our 2 pubs are well away from our house so unless the wind is in that direction we shoudn't hear anything.

YG

YG Report 16 May 2021 21:17

The bloomin pub opens tomorrow at 2pm. That will be the end of the peace and quiet in the garden for the summer (if we get any decent weather to sit out there!!) That is the down side to opening up!!

OH dear poor V fractured ribs are so painful,I hope she recovers quickly <3. If I were R I would leave him to it if he can't be bothered to help. Thank goodness M has kept money aside as he would have spent it for sure.

YG

YG Report 16 May 2021 20:29

I think R & M may hear about their second jabs very soon. They are nor due for another four weeks, but if they bring them forward to 8 weeks it could be anytime now.

They had more trauma last weekend with V!! She is hoping to move into the new house either at the end of May or 1st week in June and has bought loads of stuff that is stored everywhere in the little place they ar ein at the moment. She tripped over a box in the lounge last Sunday, grabbed hold of an office chair to steady herself, but the chair had castors and the floor is laminated! She fell onto the corner of a large glass coffee table and fractured a rib! R & M went down and called an ambulance but it was a two hour wait so they carried her to the car and took her.

I feel sorry for R as he decorated the spare bedroom at A's flat yesterday and has the other room to do over the next 2-3 months. He said he will only do one at a time with a break in between. He's not taking time off to do the whole lot in a week like he did with the bungalow. He told him he would have to get off mhis backsie and help this time, but he son got bored and found a reason to escape :-

He's obvously splashing a bit of the spare cash that he has as he has changed his car. I knew it wouldn't take him long, but there's no more when it's gone. M has [ut money aside for the next 12 years to cover his ground rent and he can't touch that!!|

I am not jealous YG as we had the same today :-D :-D :-D It is a good idea to rest from screens if your eyes are bad. We have both got to get our eyes checked now we have both had our jabs

YG

YG Report 16 May 2021 20:01

About the same, LG, but I have kept off the scree all day.

I pottered about in the gardem for a while, but apaft from that I haven't done anything, other than have a anp this afternoon and prepare a caseerole for tonight that has now been eaten (with a dumpling!!) Some left for tomorrow, so that's an easy meal after work :-)
