It's been a lovely day today. A short, sharp shower this lunchtime, but other than that, a bright sunny day with lovely blue sky. It's a nice evening too :-)

Evening Maz, I am pleased the weather held for you.It has been quite warm here today with only one light shower. I have done a batch cook this afternoon and just waiting for the portions to cool before putting them in the freezer

well I am just looking in Lunch went well it was busy ,but very good it also stayed dry too .
our folio is expanding too we are now doing a litter pick in the area also It stayed dry I was looking at cutting the grass as everyone is around is doing so

We've got plenty of pot holes. I don't think we need speed bumps :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

They always seem to put the bumps in the wrong places around here :-|

I'm not holding my breath, LG. He is a very supportive councillor and has managed to sort all sorts of problems, but speed restrictions are a difficult one. We've been trying for years. The council won't put speed bumps in because its a main bus route, yet ironically they have put them in on the private estate where the buses run! Up at the top end of the road theu do operate mobile speed cameras, but it doesnt cover our stretch of the road as we round the sharp bend and out of sight ot the camera. it catches drivers going up the road from where i am but not approaching the bend onto the next straight. They have them on other roads, where the raised area goes half way across the road, so you have to give way to oncoming cars. That could be a possibility.

Lets hope that does some good then :-D

What do ya mean, next time :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D We really don't need anything else round here at the moment. Enough is enough!! There is a meeting with the local counsellor next week :-)

Strangely enough, I didn't hear a thing, LG :-D :-D I had only just gone to bed as well and spent about 10 mins reading. The police received the call about 10.30ish. I missed an opportunity there!! :-D :-D
