Only for the day, LG, but may have Oscar overnight the previous evening. I will have to have him on the lead to take him into the garden, as he can get under the hedge and is so quick that I can't risk letting me loose out there :-0

It's back to the grind tomorrow and I am a grumpy old woman tonight :-| I really dont want to go back, but hey ho. It will be a long week!!

Yes ,LG, meet Oscar !! He is absolutely gorgeous. Poppy wasn't at all keen when we visited with her yesterday, but V took her to R;s today and the two of them have been running around together and getting on ok. Poppy hasn't really had much socialising with other dogs up to now so it's a learning curve for her. It looks as though I will be in for a day of madness when I have them both in 3 weeks time!

I have been trying to sort out how to upload the photos from the new phone to my laptop, but have eventually sorted it out!

Stress.
Caused by the brains ability to override the bodies desire to kick the living shit out of the one that needs it most. :-D

Your heritage walk sounds interesting Gwyn, I lead one around our local town occasionally as a member of the History Society.
Well done with the Grant Form Maz,they can be very complicated can't they :-|. I hope you get it OK. That is bad of the care home not to answer you there is no excuse for that.

I am celebrating ,the bush is not overgrown any more ,we have got all the old wood out of it so hopefully it will grow back better next year .
I also got the washing dry ,and the application has gone in for funding for community hub fingers crossed .and also the minutes were done for the meeting on Weds
Auntie was full of woe, mums care home is not communicating at all ,we ask and ask by phone and email ,no one gets back to us at all

Evening LG and everyone,

Spent time looking in several shops for particular greetings cards, then went on a Heritage walk in a town along the coast, where they had maps for self-guided walks to interesting areas.
Quite hot and a VERY steep hill, but it was interesting and informative.
Another day, we'll take some of the other available routes to a different area.

I have a phone appointment with a Doctor next week and he tries to fob me off I shall let rip and demand a face to face.

I've been doing the h word stuff, hubby did the car and van and wore himself out, I went for a walk to the local shop took me 45 minutes more than twice as long as it used to. Getting fed up with muscle weakness and not knowing why it happens.
