I always feel awful if I don't drink enough and usually end up with an awful headache

My feet and bum are firmly down ,I need to drink more water on Wednesdays
I forget then end up rough but i keep getting cramp at night and then legs are like jelly

I have been so busy with client in hospital,I was busy Tuesday all day ,then weds was lunch club which was encouraging ,and was busy .
But I was not too well last night I was just over tired ,so that brings today The gas was serviced today so I watched TV then had about 30 mins in garden I was going to cut grass ,but its quite damp so may have to leave it until weekend ,I am in Monday so no long weekend for me .

It's lovely to watch bunches of swans heading out to Sea. :-D

I don't use Amazon so I will take a look elsewhere :-D. I am indoors today getting ready for the packing and installing the cat and house sitter :-D

We bought our zip around covers from Amazon. It was grey and dull here but has brightened up now, good job too, we have a fair amount of outdoor stuff to do. :-D

Morning all, I have heard about them but have never seen them on sale ZZzzz. Very grey here today so maybe the dryer will be employed :-D :-D

You may already know this but you can buy quilt covers that zip around.so you don't struggle with putting the quit in the cover.

That as you say is to be expected. I have got the bed to strip tomorrow so I will no doubt suffer for that :-D :-D

We have more things to do tomorrow but at least we can still do things although it takes a bit longer. We have things to take to the tip in the morning then to town to buy hubby some shorts and tee shirts, that will be difficult because he doesn't like spending money on himself.

Aching a bit but that is only to be expected really after the gardening etc that we have been doing.

I have been busy too, a bit of gardening with hubby I don't normally do that but he is less able than he used to be so we mucked in, then the H word now I'm sat on my bum catching up on here. :-D :-D, are you better now LG?

Rochester has it's own diocese and records and is further north.

This area comes under the diocese of Canterbury and the Cathedral has an archive for old parish records.

The main library in Folkestone is where I go for lookups relating to the area surrounding that town and westwards over to Romney Marsh.

If our neighbours caused us any bother I would not hesitate to do those jobs but they are so nice and quiet .

LG, you are right. They do get done, it's just a bit frustrating there is a window of opportunity, but I have never done any noisy jobs early where I knew it may disturb others, including Sundays!!
