Evening Maz, the weather was like that for us as we travelled back but it has not rained here at all.

I am just catching up with chores here while tea is cooking .
My cat is being a pain cos the neighbours have a new 6ft high fence which she loves ,so she can jump from a flat roof to my summerhouse roof then onto the fence ,onto a wall and back but then does not want to come in but does not like being shut out ,she is funny though ,the little madam

Doesn't have the same taste cooked indoors but still good though.

its been a very damp day here i was supposed to be doing a BBQ for the lads at work well it was an indoor grill instead

morning it is not that inspiring here today cold and wet again ,I am just getting ready
to head out for my bus but as I got woken up early by the Fur who has a alarm clock set for dark o' clock ,handy in the week but not Sundays and bank holidays

Like my last job, every other Friday off, bank holidays off and a rostered day off so sometimes I only did 2 days a week, suited me because it was like semi retirement and now I am retired :-D

I am cold it must be a bank holiday ,
I did sit most of the day ,I got some odd jobs done by froggy when we had some lunch together .I am at work tomorrow but its a lie in cos The buses dont start until late .so not so bad

Sounds like a good plan, doing things on your butt I mean :-)
A potential family member and me have our JCBs out digging under patios, her's is in Australia mine is here, not straight forward of course but that would be boring, oh and there is a 9 hour time difference. :-D

I did enjoy my cuddles yesterday J is alert and lifting his head up very nosey no idea where he gets that from !!!
we had lunch together all packets salads, Quiches and frozen desserts ,
I got the grass cut after they all went ,i have just done a corner of garden I have chopped the Rose and Clematis down I have been waiting for a new trellis to be put up as it broke last year .But well it is only a year on !! I have found a handy man that is good at these little tasks so I may get him along to do a couple of things for me
I am now going to do easy tasks now or at least things I can do on my butt

Well he didn't wash the car after all, he did a bit of gardening instead, I got on with the H word stuff, what have you all been up to today?
