A thunderstorm at teatime and another really heavy downpour a shn ort while ago, so the garden is loving it and the air is certainly much fresher, so I am hoping for a better night!

Well done on the weight loss, LG. I have been down to R's to get weighed before my appt tomorrow for the blood test. Not as bad as I thought, I have put back on the weight I lost while training last summer and autumn but no heavier than when the nurse weighed me last year. I must start getting more exercise as I am static during the day whew working. I used to be up and down all the time in the office.

M has hired a sunbed for 5 weeks, so am going to go down and have a bit of a dabble as it will help my psoriasis, then I will use the treadmill.

It sounds that way Maz are the rest of the family coming with N

Mum is frail but from pictures on the fb page she is looking much better still frail ,but beginning to say what she does and doesnt like .so she is safer
, n is hoping to come up for half term so October is going to be busy

That will be a nice break for you. How is your Mum doing now?

I need to look for stuff to pack as I am going south in October ,we have a caravan booked

Afternoon Maz, we are having a day off from the cleaning today. I have got to sort through my wardrobe to see if I have anything decent to wear to a do in October

My clothes always shrink lol
I like loose clothing cos its comfortable for work .I also have a lot of old clothes that needs sorting through
LG you are being very good doing all the cleaning !! and OH is well trained too

it was morning when I switched this PC on !
I nipped out for a couple of things It is very warm still here today we have had abit of rain .
Its too wet to do much out in the garden soi am doing some bits and Bobs ZZZ i dont deep clean ,I do bits and bobs I could not keep up with it all I can live with dust ,but do the worktops and loos regularly

Strangely, it's on my wrists that I first notice any loss. My watch moves round, so the face is not showing.

I had a comment about me looking thinner from 2 friends on Tuesday and some of my clothes aren't so 'snug' now. I have a long way to go yet but every bit off helps.

Well done that is a lot so carry on doing whatever you have been doing, do you feel thinner or are some clothes to big now?

I lost 4 this week :-0 :-0 :-0 I don't know how but I'm not complaining it is the lightest I have been for 2 and a half years.
Off to sort lunch now so see you a little later on

How did you get on at WW?

Morning all, it is dry here to although we had a little rain last night but not worth having. Just got back from WW and shopping so grabbing a coffee before starting lunch prep.

Morning all, we have a much cooler day and we are supposed to be having thunder storm me thinks it will happen when I have put the washing out. :-(
