I've done it a few times, but it depends on how savvy the person is with technology and often they are not!! They are a very strange breed :-D :-D

Having said that, and for all that I know about the systems that we use at work, my tv threw me into a complete stress overload this afternoon! I spent ages looking at the settings, decided to try to get remote help which turned out to be a complete bl**dy nightmare. Half an hour hanging on the phone, then trying to do two jobs at once and put my work stuff away, I disconnected the work phone which cut out my landline, so I lost my call and the place in the queue. I gave up and went next door to see if they knew anything about these damned modern tvs!! I had tried switching it on and off, to no avail, still no sound. My neighbour played around for a bit and was going to give up, when she turned it off and on again, and we had sound again!!

Rather you than me YG . You will need a good lunch before that :-D

At least that's family chit chat, LG!! I have to explain to someone how to use the new online directory and what processes they need to follow for adding new practitioners. I will have to remember to have an earlier lunch as it is arranged for 1pm and I will be lucky if I get away for 2pm :-0 :-0

I do chuckle about your conversations during the day ,i can picture a solid ear stuck to a telephone .

Morning all, sorry ZZzzz, I nodded off before I could post back last night after having a really restless night on Saturday.

I know what his problem is and he and my sisters can never be forgiven for what they said and did to us.
