	Morning, a grey day again but no worries I have the unmentionables to do. One load of washing in already and I have emptied the bins and put the black one out for collection

	We do our food shopping twice a week now and the bags are lighter too.

	Evening Maz, I used to do that but now OH has retired we go a couple of times a week to lighten the load.

	Evening all I have just put my shopping away i get as delivery once every few weeks , It saves carting it all home and its cheaper and easier than going shopping for bulky items ,
