I'd leave out the Asparagus and replace with something else but that sounds good :-D

When I worked in the schools at the end of term we would empty all the freezers out and it was lucky dip day as there was all kinds of things cooked the kids loved it to see what was coming out of the oven next.
We had beef burnt ends with a pastry thing with asparagus and cheese in it was nice

We do too LG and sometimes it isn't foods that we would normally put together :-)

Afternoon Maz, that is good news getting the things for the church. We often have what I call a dog end day to use up all the odd bits in the fridge and freezer :-D :-D

I am not sure when I was last around but I was off doing lunch yesterday ,we had a good afternoon yesterday
there sis a hotel closed and taken over by the fella that brought the castle here so they are giving away a lot of stuff ,so we raided it we were able to get all sorts for the church kitchen and lounge ,
so this morning I went up to do that then ,the gardener has just been and cut all the hedges back for me its brilliant as last year he had a tumour and had to have surgery so he was very much missed as he done a grand job for half the price i was charged last year .
I have just agreed to cook tea as froggy is doing a presentation for harvest for next week how ever it is a bit of this and a bit of that lol

I had to wash a jacket for OH so that is washed and on the line along with the masks we wore earlier. We have just done a round the middle vacuum downstairs and that is us done for the day until teatime :-D :-D. More digging up the WW2 servicemen this afternoon so that will keep me busy if the Internet stays going. They are working on the main communication mast down the next village so that could be what is causing it. Nice of Virgin to let us know NOT !!!!!. We only think it is as we saw the fellas pocking around at it as we drove past on our way out. If it continues today they will get a very irate call from us tomorrow :-|

That's good that you lost weight, a step closer to your posh frock. The sun has just broken out so I've put some washing out. :<)

Afternoon ZZzzz, it is lovely and sunny here. WW went well I lost 1/2 this week which is usual for me. We have done the big shop while we were in town and now we are sitting with a coffee before sorting out some lunch.

Morning all, how is everyone and how did you get on at WW LG. Weather here dull as ditch water but not raining so might go for a walk later.

It is the celebration of our friend's life that could not be held until now as he died during lock down. It is not a posh do but I want to look tidy and this dress looks just right for the occasion.
We are off to bed now so I will see you tomorrow sleep well :-D <3

I don't think I will have lost that much this week but we shall see, a little is better than none. I have not been quite as active as I was last week but we shall see.

I am thank you LG, it happens now and again, food intolerance or one of the 24 bug things. :-(

I ended up with two different ones, LG, with a 20 min break between them to try and grab a drink!! Not great fun, but very pleasant people thank goodness :-)

I have been doing extra hours this week as we are heading for the AGM so will have a lot of prep to do over the next couple of weeks.

I better get off to sleep or I won't to get up in the morning. It is getting darker and more difficult to crawl out of bed when the alarm goes off!

My friend is calling in at lunchtime tomorrow, so I feel an extended lunch coming on. The line manager is on leave tomorrow!! :-)
