My back and knee are hurting as I was on my feet all morning in the Belfry.

Maz, good to see you posting again. Just take it steady and do what you feel like doing. If the rest doesn't get done, so be it. Just prioritise what is essential to do and leave the rest until you feel up to it <3

I have just completed the two days at the office and am absolutely dead on my feet. AS ever, I was left to do most the setting up and clearing up on my own and I have had to work overtime. My back hurts so much I don't know what to do with myself. I've taken another pain killer and am trying to rest on the sofa while tea cooks. I am getting too old for this game.

It will be an easy day tomorrow. I just need to call in at the office and drop of some equipment and finish the last bits of straightening up then out for Christmas lunch with IT and Finance staff, Only 7 of us so an nice small group, After that I am coming home and doing no work for the rest of the afternoon!

I have not long been home from the belfry and I am cream crackered. We have someone calling round at 2 so I will look in again after they have gone.

Hope all is calm still I am catching up with my self a little ,I am trying to write the cards I have sent some gifts direct to the south .
everything is an effort i am finding but with a shove I am getting there

It is too early for Mr bah humbug but he is like that until Christmas eve, that's when starts wrapping my presents :-D

I am not sure what days she will be working until I hear from her. We used to speak every day but she shut herself off for a while to get her head straight
