Unfortunately countries have their hands tied due to Nato. I have not had our letters about rises yet but we are not looking forward to them :-|.

I have had a letter today with the rent increase, the council tax has gone up and everyone is on Twitter saying how much their gas & electric has gone up as the companies are now sending letters out to everyone. It is all scary :-|

ZZzzz, I hope the MRI scan goes well. It will be good for you to hopefully to get a diagnosis then :-)

At long last, I have the appointment with the ENT consultant about my hearing aids next Wednesday. I have no idea what they are going to subject me to and when I will eventually get the hearing aids. It is dragging on and on and I am supposed to be having an MRI, but doubt that it will be next week, as they haven't issued any instructions about what to wear/what not to wear, so am not over hopeful!

Thanks YG, I have an MRI scan Saturday so that might find the cause of the weakness I feel, but it's only every day lol lol.

I have to cut back my fruit intake because of natural sugars because I can eat loads of it in a day. I have increased my veg to nibble at instead

That was my mini goal I set to do by this Thursdays workshop. If we had not had to have some takeaways while we didn't have the cooker it would have been more.
