He is chipped and it has been reported to the company and also our vet has him on their lost list.

Maybe they put food out for him in their garden so he doesn't go in the house. Has he been chipped?

My brother in law has put up posters all around the area and also put out details on facebook. My old neighbours have been asked to call me if they spot him and also the couple that we have swapped with. We are not sure he would go into any other house even if he was hungry as he is really timid and hoefully he still has his collar on which would point out he was not a stray.

If you can't find the phone, you must still have a few boxes to work through yet!! :-0 :-0

ZZzzz could be right, LG, as he might have been hungry and someone has fed him, so he will keep going back. He could still be making his way back to the old house if he has been done lots of exploring en route! Try a notice with a photo in a local shop either where you live now or near the old house.

LG i wonder if someone has taken him in thinking he is a stray cat.

I hope the house is feeling more like home now. It always takes a while to settle in and get jobs done. I always had to stop and think which cupboards things were in when I was cooking. You become so robotic over time and don't even have to think about it.

Evening YG, we have done a bit more today but we had 2 lots of visitors so we had to have breaks from it. Still no sign of the fur :-(

I've been in my PJs all day today, have to be at silly o'clock to get ready for MRI scan otherwise it would have been another PJ day :-D :-D.
Hubby turned the news off for the same reason as you Maz.

Tomorrow If its negative again I will change my bed a fresh clean start then ,hopefully
just going to ring Auntie soon I turned the news off ,its getting quite worrying me thinks .

PJ day is always good although having to because of testing positive isn't good.

My test is negative today so if the next one is the same I can return Monday .
