	I put on 1 and a half :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0. It is the first time I have gained since starting back to WW last May. My own fault as I did not bother to track anything so I am back on it today :-D :-D

They will be raised as well, so easier to weed and keep tidy :-) I'm off now as I need to be up early to shower and get ready for the appt at the hospital to see the ENT consultant. Goodness knows what I will be subjected to!! It's a cert that I won't getting the hearing aids tomorrow, so yet another wait I suppose!! Sleep well and have a good day tomorrow :-) <3

	Baby boy has offered to build me wooden troughs along the sides so that I an fill them with some flowers. I also bought quite a few tubs with me including 3 of my favourite rose bushes so I look forward to the colour and the perfume.
